This kit fits: NC3423/3023:
If you have the facilities to rebuild your calipers at home, we can supply you with the parts you need below. This caliper overhaul kit contains:
2x 30mm Stainless Steel Pistons.
2x 34mm Stainless Steel Pistons.
4x Dust seals
4x Hydraulic pressure seals
1x Sachet rubber grease/silicone Grease.
2x caliper joint seals
1x stainless steel bleed nipple
1x dust cap
2x copper banjo washers.
Fits all Nissin and ''Triumph'' front 4 piston calipers on all (Apart from Brembo) Triumph sports and touring models. Kit contains 8 seals (4 outer dust seals and 4 hydraulic seals). To equalize brake pad wear, these calipers use 2 different piston sizes, 30mm (leading) and 34mm (trailing). Use silicone or rubber grease (Supplied) during assembly after cleaning out any corrosion from the dust seal groove. The joint seals on the 2 halves are now also included. Sorry, Due to Rhos/EPA limitations we cannot ship braking, suspension, or exhausts to the USA or Canada.
